My Story

Since I was little,
I've always been a storyteller

I grew up on the edge of the Cotswolds — surrounded by rolling fields, honey-stone villages, and skies that seem to glow golden in the evening. That landscape shaped the way I see the world, and it shapes every film I make.

My journey into video started, perhaps surprisingly, with portrait photography. I fell in love with the stillness of a single captured moment. But something was always missing — the movement, the laughter, the voices. Photography felt like one page of a story. I wanted the whole book.

The turning point came when my mentor — a photographer I deeply admired — asked if I’d film a wedding for her. I said yes without really knowing what I was getting myself into. That first wedding, I was overwhelmed, underequipped, and absolutely captivated. I never looked back.

Now, a few years and many, many weddings later, I’m a solo female videographer covering the Cotswolds, the Midlands, and beyond. I’m also a wife and a mum to a toddler who constantly reminds me that the best moments in life are the unscripted ones.

That’s what I try to capture. Not the posed photos. Not the carefully arranged tableaux. The real moments — the whispered “you look incredible”, the dad trying not to cry, the grandma dancing with the flower girl, the couple stealing five minutes alone before the speeches. The stuff that makes a life.

If you’re planning a wedding in the Cotswolds or Midlands and you want someone who will be invisible when you need them to be, and perfectly placed when you don’t — I’d love to hear from you.
